Shabbir Imani did his engineering from Bombay University, and thereafter his MBA from IIM Calcutta in 1985. He was a rank holder in Engineering as well as at IIM.

He specialised in Finance and Marketing.

He has worked in the IT industry from 1985, in all aspects - ranging from Sales & Marketing, Strategy, Consulting and Solutioning.

He currently looks after the International Expansion of Nexstep & also handles Strategic Alliances & Partnerships for growth.

He heads Strategy and Business Development at Nexstep.

His interests include NLP (NeuroLinguistics Programming), Traveling, Reading, Sudoku and Poetry.

Ila Imani did her B.Sc. from St Xaviers in Mathematics and Statistics, and topped the university.

Thereafter she did her MBA in Systems from IIM Calcutta, graduating in 1986.

She has worked as a systems analyst, consultant and solution architect at various stages in her career.

Her key responsibilities at Nexstep include Product Development and Customer Service. In addition she also handles some business development initiatives.

Her interests beyond work include traveling, reading and writing. She also works with two NGOs in Uttarakhand in the areas of education of differently abled children, and grass-root level knowledge management.

Mehul Vora did his Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune and his D.B.M. from X.I.M., Mumbai.

He has been providing software solutions to clients across multiple Industries since the last 18 years.

His key experiences have been in Business Development and Product Management. He was a key member of the team that conceptualized the products at Nexstep.

He currently heads the Business Support Team at Nexstep.

His interests include Traveling and Sports.

Anjali Desai did her Diploma in Engineering and was a topper in the college, followed by graduation from Mumbai University.

She has worked in the IT / ITES industry and has over 15 years experience.

Her key experience has been in Project Management and has successfully implemented projects in India, US and Europe.

She heads the Operations Team in Nexstep and is responsible for Project Implementation and Product Development.

Some things she likes to do besides work are reading, traveling and spending quality time with her kids.

Allwyn Menezes did his GNX (Software Exports) from National Institute of Information Technology, M.Com. from Bombay University and MSC – IT from Karnataka University.

He has done specialization in Information Technology, Advance Accountancy and Taxation.

He is an IBM Certified Lotus Professional having more than 10 years of work experience on IBM Lotus products.

He has worked in areas of Technical Architecting and Solutioning, Team Management and Project Management.

His key responsibilities at Nexstep include Client Relationship, Project Management, Customer Service and Team Management.

He heads the Projects and Customer Service at Nexstep.

His key interests include Traveling, Photography and Organizing Events.

Manasi Nagdev did her post graduation in M.Sc. from Bombay University in 1996 and thereafter her Computer Diploma (DISM) from Aptech. She was a topper in M.Sc. She has been an ISTQB Certified Tester.

She has been associated with Nexstep for more than a decade and has an overall IT experience of 12 years - ranging from Corporate Training, Quality Assurance & Creative Designing.

She heads the Product QA department at Nexstep and her forte has been Quality Assurance and Usability Testing.

She has been instrumental in setting up several processes at Nexstep like Quality Control initiative, Customer Support, etc. Along with QA, she also handles the Creative Designing function and has designed UI for products, portals, projects at Nexstep.

She loves listening to Sufi music, making festive greeting cards, painting and teaching computing to her kids.
